At B3 The Adventure, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our customers. We use Royal Mail for our deliveries to ensure your gymwear arrives in great condition and on time.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Days)

    • Orders 0lb – 0.22lb: £3.99
    • Orders 0.23lb – 4.2lb: £4.49
    • Orders 4.3lb – 22lb: £5.99
  • VIP Shipping (1-2 Days)

    • Orders 0lb – 0.22lb: £4.99
    • Orders 0.23lb – 4.2lb: £5.50

All shipping prices are calculated based on the weight of your order. The cost will be shown at checkout, depending on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays with Royal Mail.
  • VIP Shipping ensures a faster delivery within 1-2 business days, available for a faster option at checkout.

Please note, these are estimated delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as public holidays or postal delays can occasionally affect delivery times.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer UK-based shipping only. For international shipping, please contact us at info@b3theadventure.com for specific arrangements or updates.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to monitor your package.


Returns & Exchange Policy

At B3 The Adventure, we take pride in the quality of our gymwear and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange process — please note that we do not offer refunds.


Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


How to Request an Exchange

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you’d like to exchange

    • The reason for the exchange

    • The size/style you’d like instead

  1. Return Instructions

    Once your request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return the item. You may use the original packaging if it’s in good condition.

  2. Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.


Important Notes

  • No Refunds: We no longer issue refunds for returned items. Approved returns will be processed as an exchange only.

  • If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

  • Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@b3theadventure.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange an exchange at no extra cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed items

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
