How to Measure for the Best Fit

  1. Chest:

    • Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
  2. Waist:

    • Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, typically just above your belly button.
  3. Hips:

    • Measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape runs over the top of your hip bones.
  4. Height:

    • Stand straight with your feet together and measure from the top of your head to the floor.

Additional Tips for the Best Fit:

  • Men’s Clothing: For a more fitted look, stick with the size chart's recommended measurements. If you prefer a looser, relaxed fit, you may want to size up.
  • Women’s Clothing: Sports bras, leggings, and other fitted pieces should fit snugly but comfortably, so consider your bust and hip measurements for these items. For hoodies and jackets, you may size up for a more relaxed fit.
